Partnership
FingerDoor welcomes partnerships with educational institutions, organizations, and event operators. From group adoption and event/workshop operations to custom features and branding, we work with you to build the right setup for your use case.
Partnership B2B Education Event
1. Why partner with FingerDoor
FingerDoor focuses on one thing: collecting opinions quickly on-site and sharing results instantly. In real classes, talks, seminars, and workshops, it’s not easy to trigger participation. As tools become more complex, the flow breaks and operational load increases.
We build the essential, field-ready workflow first, then apply the right extensions (access control, result visibility policies, screen layouts, branding, etc.) step by step. Partnerships are the official channel to design and operate these extensions in a way that fits your environment.
2. Partnership areas
FingerDoor can be applied in many ways depending on your goals in education, events, or internal operations. The items below are examples; the actual scope can be adjusted through discussion.
(1) Group adoption for education
- Institution-wide adoption and operational guidance for K-12 schools and universities
- Optimizing flows by grade/class (codes, joining flow)
- Improving host screens (run/aggregate/display) and usability tuning
- Reflecting classroom needs (present mode, visibility options)
(2) Internal use in companies/teams
- Collect real-time feedback in workshops, training, and onboarding
- Fast majority voting for preferences and priorities
- Designing a smooth flow for collecting and sharing team feedback
- Customizing screens for culture and training goals
(3) Event and conference operations
- Audience participation voting (session questions, preferences)
- Optimization for projector/large screens
- Session templates (host rotation, on-site operator support)
- Stability options considering on-site network environments (within policy)
(4) Custom development
Depending on the partnership type, we can discuss custom development such as:
- Enhanced result visualization (charts/layouts/present mode)
- Result visibility policies (host-only / participants too / delayed reveal)
- Access control (host-only links, token access, session expiry)
- Question templates (OX, multiple choice, quick polls)
- Export (CSV) or summary reports (where feasible)
- Branding (logo/colors/copy) and an organization-specific 안내 page
3. Recommended process
Partnerships typically follow: request → review → proposal → rollout → operations. Because your real environment (audience size, network, facilitation style) matters, we start with a light pre-discussion to choose the most efficient approach.
Step 1) Initial inquiry
- Use case (class/event/workshop/company training, etc.)
- Expected attendance and peak concurrent users
- Operation period (one-off / recurring) and timeline
- Needed features (present mode, visibility policy, access control)
Step 2) Proposal
- Suggest the best operational flow with the current version
- If needed, propose custom scope and alternatives
- Pre-check operational risks (exposure/network constraints)
Step 3) Operations & feedback
- Collect improvements based on real usage
- Prioritize and roll out step-by-step (where feasible)
- Provide reusable templates/guides (depending on partnership)
4. What to include in your inquiry
Sharing the following information helps us respond faster and more accurately. If it’s not fully organized yet, that’s fine—send what you can.
- Organization (e.g., a school, training center, HRD team)
- Contact person (optional, but an email for reply is needed)
- Purpose (class/talk/seminar/workshop/event)
- Attendance (average / peak concurrency)
- Environment (mobile-first/PC-first, Wi-Fi conditions)
- Desired features (present mode, visibility, access control, templates)
- Timeline (start date, frequency)
5. Operational policy (purpose-based operation · admin email support)
To keep participation simple while ensuring stable and responsible operation, FingerDoor requires session purpose and host email at session creation. In group adoption environments, this helps in the following ways:
- Context: We can recommend settings and guidance aligned to your class/event/workshop goals.
- Support: Used for incident response and essential notices (security/policy/outages).
- Abuse prevention: A minimal measure to reduce spam/advertising sessions.
- No marketing emails: Emails are not used for advertising or marketing.
For details, please refer to Privacy and Terms.
6. Privacy & security notes
FingerDoor aims to process as little personally identifiable information as possible. Depending on the partnership, your policy may require additional controls (e.g., user identification, participant lists). In such cases, we discuss a design aligned with legal compliance and data minimization.
- For details, please see the Privacy Policy.
- If you need operation aligned with internal rules, share your requirements during the discussion.
- Access control (e.g., host-only result viewing) is improved based on field priority.
